Acumen India Fellows Program 2017

Acumen India Fellow Program 2017 is looking for 20 extraordinary individuals from across India with the knowledge, support system and practical wisdom to unlock their full potential and drive positive change in society.It is a one-year leadership development program.

ELIGIBILITY

An applicant should

• Currently, be engaged in social change work related to tackling poverty.

• Entrepreneurs especially those who don't accept the status quo.

• Can be any age or education level, but must be able to fully participate in a program that is conducted in English

• Must be an Indian citizen.

• Must demonstrate strong personal integrity, unrelenting perseverance, and moral imagination.

• Must be ready and willing to undergo an intensive year-long personal transformation and leadership journey.

MORE DETAILS

• There will be a telephonic interview of selected applicants in September 2017 after reviewing all applications.

• An In-Person Selection Conference will be held on November 11th (Mumbai) of the candidates selected in the telephonic round.

• The selection team will make the final decision.

• Participants are expected to attend ALL program meetings (i.e., 5 Seminars throughout the year each 5-8 days in length) which will include travel to different locations in India.

Award details

• Acumen covers all program-related expenses during the year-long fellowship. This includes all costs associated with the seminars including lodging, food, transportation, and visas.
