Indian MSME Helpline Private Limited has taken initiative to assist MSMEs which are in stress by advising them in drafting Corrective Action Plan (CAP) under the legal framework of Reserve Bank of India under the notification “Framework for Revival and Rehabilitation of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises”.
The scheme shall be applicable to MSMEs having loan limits upto Rs. 25 Crores irrespective of their Banking arrangement under Sole, Multiple or Consortium Banking arrangement.
Process for Revival of Sick Units:
MSME Borrower voluntarily submit the Application for Revival
Or
Identification of stress accounts under three categories on the basis of early warning signals by Bank branch
Forward the Stressed Accounts to a Committee at Regional / Zonal Level within five working days
Meeting of members of Committee for Revival for MSMEs at Regional / Zonal office
Corrective Action Plan is finalized, as per Bank guideline
All eligible stressed MSMEs shall have access to the committee for resolving the stress in these accounts in accordance with the regulations prescribed in this framework.
