Medley Pharma Scholarship

Medley Pharma Scholarship 2017 invites application for the class 10th passed or on wards students who are doing various courses under the category e.g, Junior College, Graduation, Diploma Course, Degree Course, Post Graduation, I.T.I, Management Course etc who got at least 60% in the last exam. The two objective of this program- 'promotion of education' and 'providing medical services to the underprivileged'. The selected students will receive up to INR 10000 per annum and up to INR 100000 interest-free loan.

ELIGIBILITY

• Students of class 10th passed or onwards doing various courses under this category e.g, Junior College, Graduation, Diploma Course, Degree Course, Post Graduation, I.T.I, Management Course etc. are eligible to apply

• Students should have secured at least 60% in the last examination

• The student should be the resident of Maharashtra and be pursuing the course in Maharashtra only

• The total family income should not exceed INR 2 lacs p.a.

• Documents needs to be produced for the declaration of the income like salary slip, I.T. Return, Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar Office

• One student per family shall be assisted during a particular period. No two students from the same family can be assisted at the same time during that particular year

HOW TO APPLY

The application can be done by email or by a person with  the following steps:

Step 1: Download the application form.

Step 2: Fill the personal details.

Step 3: Enter your academic details.

Step 4: Attach the required documents.

Step 5: Email it or submit it to person.

Documents to be attached:

• Photocopy of Result duly notarized ( Results of all the last three academic years)

• Photocopy of Salary Slip/ Pension Slip of Parents or Guardian/Current year income certificate issued by Tehsildar duly certified

• Photocopy of Ration Card, Electricity Bill & Maintenance Bill

• Photocopy of Identity Card, if available

• In case of interest-free loan, documents of Guarantor whose income is more than 2 lacs needs to be submitted

• The application form should be duly attested by the Head of the Institution or College along with the seal

Award:

• Sanction up to INR 10,000 p.a. but not exceeding INR 10000 for the entire program is on the non-refundable basis

• More than INR 10000 to maximum 1,00,000 will be granted as an interest-free loan which will be refundable by the candidate after completion of course but within 5 years. The repayment should be started from six months after completion of the course or one month after securing employment, whichever is earlier
