AICTE PG GATE GPAT Scholarship

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) invites applications for disbursement of Post Graduate Scholarships to students admitted in AICTE approved programme's of M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharma through direct benefit transfer for the 1st year students of the academic year 2017-18. The students having valid GATE/GPAT score card can apply.

AICTE PG (GATE/GPAT) Scholarship 2017-18

Eligibility

To be eligible for the scholarship, a candidate must-

• Have obtained qualifying marks in GATE/GPAT
• Have taken admission in the 1st year of M.Tech./M.E./M.Pharma at an AICTE recognized institution.
• Have a general saving account in the bank.

Note: Candidates admitted for part-time courses are not eligible to apply. Joint accounts are not permitted for the scholarship. Creamy layer OBC candidates who had qualified under OBC category are not eligible to apply. Candidates qualified under SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped not having an authentic certificate are also not eligible.

How to Apply
Steps to be followed to apply for the PG-Scholarships through direct benefit transfer scheme -

Step 1: Click here to get Institute id.
Step 2: Click here to get student id by filling in required details.
Step 3: Fill in the application form for PG Scholarship GATE/GPAT.
Step 4: Upload the required documents on the portal in JPEG/PDF format only.
Note: Once the student completes the application process, the institutions are required to verify the student data and approve his/her candidature on the portal.

• "Photo Copy of GATE/GPAT Score Card"
• "Photo Copy of SBI Bank Passbook"
• "Category Certificate"(Mandatory if ‘Category as per GATE/GPAT score card’ is  ‘OBC’ or ‘SC’ or   ‘ST’ or ‘PD’)
• "Aadhar Card Copy" (Mandatory if ‘Do you have Aadhar Card?’ is ‘Yes’ )
• "Physically Disabled Certificate" (Mandatory if ‘Physically Disabled’ is ‘Y’ )
• "NPR Card Copy" (Mandatory if ‘Do you have National Population Register(NPR) Card?’ is ‘Yes’ )
