Nilam Patel Bahushrut Foundation invites applications for Bahushrut Foundation Scholarship- 2017 for the meritorious hearing impaired students of Gujarat and Maharastra, India, who are going abroad to pursue Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree program in any reputed college or university.The objective of this scholarship is to promote equal opportunities for the hearing impaired and helping them to integrate into the mainstream of society as productive members and encouraging them for higher education by awarding prizes and scholarships every year.

 ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:

• Be admitted to Bachelor’s or Master’s level Degree Program in any reputed college or university abroad.

• Be a hearing impaired student of Maharashtra and Gujarat, India only.

• Be a meritorious student.

Following documents must accompany the application form

• Latest audiogram, taken at government hospital or institute.

• Certificate of hearing impairment.

• A copy of correspondence with the university(s) seeking admission.

• Copy of candidate's university application(s)and/or acknowledgement(s)from university(s)applied for.

• University's offer letter of confirmed admission in Graduate or Post Graduate program.

• A copy of the passport and student visa to study in the university where admitted.

• Attested copies of the certificates and transcripts of academic qualifications gained since completing the secondary education.

• Note- All the documents must be attested and submitted in hard copy.
