ECoR Act Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed educational and trade qualification requirements.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

10th Class / Matriculation with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.

In addition, candidates must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade affiliated to NCVT or SCVT.

The selection will consider marks obtained in all subjects in the Matriculation examination rather than a best-of-five calculation.

ITI Qualification

Candidates must possess ITI qualification in the relevant notified trade.

The ITI certificate must be affiliated with NCVT/SCVT, as prescribed for the particular trade.

Important Restriction

Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders are not eligible to apply for these Act Apprentice vacancies under this notification.

Candidates whose SSC/Matriculation or ITI results were still awaited as on 21 August 2026 are also not eligible.

ECoR Apprentice Age Limit

The age limit for Act Apprentice applicants is:

Selection Process
