💰 Internship Benefits

Selected candidates receive financial and academic support including:

Monthly Stipend

  • ₹6,000 per month – On-site internships

  • ₹3,000 per month – Remote internships (Computational Biology only)

Travel Support

  • Round-trip III AC train fare reimbursement for on-site interns

Duration

  • 2 to 3 months

  • Minimum internship period: 56 or 84 days

Additional Opportunities

  • One-to-one mentorship for higher studies abroad

  • Eligibility for Dissertation Stipend:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be enrolled in an Indian institution and fall under one of the following categories:

  • 3-year Undergraduate programs: 2nd year students

  • 4-year Undergraduate programs: 2nd or 3rd year students

  • 2-year Master’s programs: 1st year students

  • 5-year Integrated programs: 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students

🔬 Key Requirement (Very Important)

Before applying, candidates must secure a research mentor (Principal Investigator – PI) at a different Indian institute.

The PI must:

  • Have at least 3 years of faculty experience

  • Have 3 or more peer-reviewed publications as corresponding author

  • Provide a signed Acceptance Letter

Applications without a confirmed mentor will not be considered.
