The application can be done online by following these steps:

Step 1: Read all the details before applying for the scholarship.
Step 2: Click Website to apply online.
Step 3: Click on "Save Record".
Step 4: A verification link will be sent to the registered email id,  click to verify the account.
Step 5: Now login with the email id and password.
Step 6: Start filling the form.

More details

Preference will be given to these applicants:

•     Have not received a scholarship from Mexican government
• Selects an academic program related to education, energy, environment, telecommunications sectors
•     Apply for that program which is not available in their own country
•     Faculty or researcher in their own country
