Norman Archibald Percussion Scholarship Bachelor of Music

The Norman Archibald Percussion Scholarship was established in 2015 to support meritorious classical percussion students enrolled in WAAPA's Bachelor of Music. The scholarship will provide financial support to students who demonstrate excellence in classical percussion thanks to the generosity of the donor Mr Neil Archibald.

The scholarship offers a once off payment of $2,000 to the successful applicant.

You must be a current ECU student to be eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility guidelines
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

be an Australian citizen;
be enrolled full time in WAAPA's Bachelor of Music Course;
be a Classical Percussion major; and
have maintained an academic status of good standing at the end of each semester (as defined in the ECU handbook).

Selection criteria

Selection will be based on your:

personal statement; and
your demonstrated excellence in classical percussion.

How to apply

Application is made via the ECU Online Scholarship Application Portal. Access to the portal is available between application opening and closing dates via this web page.
