Award Description
The Elizabeth Murray Centenary Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students who have entered the second year of a programme in Nursing, Physiotherapy or a BA programme in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work, and are in receipt of a full or partial Maintaince Grant or NHS Bursary. Selection is based on academic merit. Successful candidates will continue to receive this scholarship in subsequent years of study, provided academic progression is maintained at a 2:1 standard.

Each scholarship is valued at £2,000.

Eligibility Criteria
Open to full-time UK undergraduate students who have entered the second year of either a programme in Nursing (School of Health and Population Sciences), Physiotherapy (School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences) or a BA programme in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work. Applicants must demonstrate that they are from a lower-income background.
