The Edinburgh University Online Family Medicine International Scholarships UK
Through the generous donations of a benefactor in India who is committed to improving healthcare in rural regions this full scholarship award will allow a student from South Asia to study the online Masters of Family Medicine.
Award
One masters scholarships is available to applicants studying towards the Masters of Family Medicine online distance learning programme offered by the University in the 2019-2020 academic session. The award will cover tuition fees and is tenable for three years.
Eligibility
Applicants must be nationals from a South Asian country and have an unconditional firm offer for the Masters of Family Medicine online distance learning programme for the 2019-2020 academic session.
This award is for a student from South Asia who has a commitment to work with the rural and urban poor in India or a surrounding country
Criteria
The scholarship will be awarded broadly on the basis of academic merit. The successful applicant must be committed to working to strengthen South Asian primary care through service in family medicine.
